  2. Purpose of data processing by the Controller.
    1. The User entrusts the processing of personal data to the Controller for the purpose of handling a recruitment, enquiry or order placed via the contact form.
    2. The provision of personal data by the User when contacting us is voluntary and the data provided will be used (where applicable) solely for purposes of:
      1. Providing an answer.
      2. Presenting the Controller’s offer.
      3. Securing the Controller’s network systems (e.g.: protection against spam and DDOS attacks).
      4. Measuring web audiences.
      5. Employee recruitment.

  3. Legal basis for data processing by the Controller.
    1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes stated in 2.b.a. and 2.b.b. is the User’s consent Art. 6. (1) 1. a) GDPR), and / or Article 6. (1) 1. b) GDPR when the User expresses a wish to conclude a contract.
    2. The rationale for processing personal data for the purpose stated in 2.b.c is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6. (1)(f) GDPR), and the legal basis is provided by Recital 49 GDPR and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for the processing of personal data.
    3. The rationale for processing personal data for the purpose stated in 2.b.d is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6. (1)(f) GDPR) and the legal basis is Article 8(1)(d) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications and repealing Directive 2002/58/EC (Regulation on Privacy and Electronic Communications).
    4. Personal data for the purpose stated in 2.b.e. are processed due to the wish to enter into a contract (Art. 6. (1)(b) GDPR), and the legal basis for the data collected is Art. 221 § 1. of the Labour Code
  4. Scope of data processing by the Controller
    1. For the purposes indicated in 2.b.a. and 2.b.b., to the extent that such data are provided by the User voluntarily, the Controller may process:
      1. full name (contact person)
      2. contact phone number
      3. contact e-mail address
      4. Internet domain address (and possibly other related data provided by the User)
      5. other data provided by the User
    2. For the purpose given in 2.b.c.:
      1. IP address
      2. meta data sent by the browser (or other User’s device connecting to the Controller’s website)
    3. For the purpose given in 2.b.d.:
      1. meta data sent by the browser
    4. For the purpose stated in 2.b.e (recruitment), we will ask the applicant to provide data such as: full name, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education and previous employment history.
    5. Recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data to a third country:
      1. The User’s personal data related to the purposes mentioned in points 2.b.a. to 2.b.c. and 2.b.e. will only be processed by the Controller.
      2. Data related to the purpose under point 2.b.d. will be processed by the Controller and its partner Google Inc. based in the USA, whose web audience measurement tool (Google Analytics) is used by the Controller. This data is anonymous and is not shared further.
      3. Google, which performs the web audience measurement service for the Controller, has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement and, in accordance with the European Commission’s decision of 12 July 2016 IP/16/216, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States that have joined the aforementioned agreement ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR;
    6. The User’s personal data may be shared with entities in the Controller’s group of companies and with the Controller’s partners with whom the Controller cooperates by bundling products or services. In the case of a partnership, subcontractors (processors) such as, for example: accounting firms, hosting companies, may also have access to the data.
  5. Rights of the User whose data is processed.
    1. You, as the User, have the right to:
      1. access to your personal data,
      2. rectification of personal data,
      3. erasure of personal data,
      4. restriction of processing of personal data,
      5. data portability,
      6. object to processing of personal data.

    3. The Controller shall comply with your request without delay, with the proviso that the erasure or restriction of the possibility of processing the data may affect the possibility or extent to which the submitted enquiry/order is correctly handled.
  6. Period of processing of personal data by the Controller.
    1. The Controller shall store Users’ personal data for a period no longer than is necessary to handle the enquiry/order placed, including the preparation of a personalised commercial offer, and to enable the Controller to fulfil its obligations.

    1. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which the Controller will cease to process the data to the extent/purpose indicated. To object, send an e-mail as described in section 5.b.
    2. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. Responsibilities of the Controller
    1. The Personal Data Controller undertakes to take measures to safeguard the processing of personal data to the extent set out in the Act, and in particular undertakes to:
    2. Safeguard the data from being accessed by unauthorised persons, from being taken by an unauthorised person, from being altered, damaged or destroyed.
    3. Allow only persons with its issued authorisation to process personal data.
    4. Ensure control over the correctness of the processing of personal data.
    5. Keep records of the persons authorised to process personal data, to exercise particular care to ensure that the persons authorised to process such data keep them confidential, also after the completion of the Controller’s implementation, inter alia by informing them of the legal consequences of breaching the confidentiality of the data and collecting declarations of the obligation to keep the data confidential.
    6. Maintain the documentation required by law describing the manner in which the entrusted personal data are processed and the technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection of the processing of such data, including in particular: Register of Data Processing Processes, Personal Data Security Policy and Management Manual for the Information System used to process Personal Data.
    7. Ensure that IT and telecommunication devices and systems used for the processing of personal data comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processed and the technical and organisational conditions to which the devices and systems should conform.
