MiastoKobiet – a history of cooperation with the client
Miasto Kobiet is a lifestyle portal for women that produces diverse content on topics including culture, development, sex, trends and lifestyle. In addition to this, the website offers the possibility to publish sponsored articles, which gain high positions thanks to effective content SEO.
We started working with clients in February 2021 and have been working on the portal SEO since then.
Scope of cooperation
From the beginning of the cooperation, the clients were characterised by their commitment to the whole process, which is reflected in the successful implementation of the strategy. This included both on-site and off-site optimisation, as well as supporting clients in optimising the content published on the site.
We started by conducting a site audit, which identified the most important implementations and fixes in terms of SEO. A comprehensive analysis and implementation of the resulting recommendations was the first stage of our activities.
In parallel with the above, meetings were held between clients and an SEO specialist in the form of training sessions. Topics included basic SEO, content optimisation and keyword analysis useful for content creation. This particular form of cooperation tailored to the Miasto Kobiet has allowed for the successful SEO of articles created by the clients.
Over time, the focus has shifted from on-site activities and training to the implementation of off-site strategies. Thanks to systematic link building from our internal infrastructure, we have been able to reinforce the effects of the previously mentioned measures, ensuring high positions in the search results and a favourable link profile.
Also unique in the context of our cooperation was the creation of a content plan by an SEO specialist. In-depth analysis of competitor domain entries, trends and user queries allowed detailed monthly guidelines for new articles, which were then written by Miasto Kobiet. In the content plan, we included topic suggestions with the most important keywords and headlines listed. At the same time, a continuous dialogue with the clients was present throughout the process in order to best combine expert knowledge with SEO analysis.
Results of joint work
Visibility
When we started working together, Miasto Kobiet already had some visibility built up, so our optimisation efforts already had a solid base.
At the start of the cooperation, the range of domain visibility was as follows (rounded results):
- TOP50: 15.5K keywords
- TOP10: 1.6K keywords
- TOP3: 0.3K keywords
After implementing our recommendations from the site audit, we noticed the first changes in visibility. The next turning point was mid-June, where there were jumps in the TOP50, 10 and 3. This was the period when the first effects of the link building activities we had started could be seen and the start of work with the content plan. Various Google updates – for example, the one related to the Page Experience – also had an impact on the jump in visibility.

Continuing with the chosen strategy ensures a satisfactory outcome (rounded results):
- IN TOP50: 38,600 (↑249%)
- IN TOP10: 6,200 (↑385.50%)
- IN TOP3: 1,400 (↑467.00%)
Particularly important are the large increases in TOP10 and TOP3 – as these generate the largest changes in site traffic.
Traffic
In the first month of cooperation, before the implementation of our strategy, organic traffic to the site was 43,352 users. Comparing year-on-year increases – in February 2022 the number of users was already 84,200, which means an increase of more than 94%
One of the goals we have set during the implementation of our strategy is also noteworthy: increasing the duration of sessions. In the February 2021 to February 2022 comparison, we see increases at a high level:
The above results reflect the effects of keyword analysis training – the articles prepared were much more responsive to users’ key needs than before.
The upward trend in organic traffic can be seen in the graph showing the period from January 2021 to May 2022:
The graph shows the start of the cooperation and the apparent breakthrough in June, since which we have seen a steady increase.
Also noteworthy is the traffic driven exclusively from articles created on the basis of a prepared content plan – more than 50 have been created since the beginning of the cooperation.

This is a small part of the total database of articles found on Miasto Kobiet, but it is nevertheless worth noting this form of cooperation as an effective way of gaining traffic.
